• The Astronomer reserves the right to reschedule observation nights due to adverse weather conditions, atmospheric turbulence exceeding 2.0 arcseconds, or equipment maintenance requirements. Rescheduled sessions will be conducted at no additional cost to the client.
• All data, images, and reports generated under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes), government-mandated closures, or international travel restrictions affecting Japan Tokyo, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Japan Tokyo, and if unresolved, through the Tokyo District Court in accordance with Japanese civil law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the scope of Astronomer services described herein, and authorizes the Celestial Sciences Institute to proceed with the engagement in Japan Tokyo under the terms and conditions stated above.
