Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the account of Stellar Sciences International Consulting. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 25% upon execution of the service agreement, 50% upon confirmed arrival and onboarding of the Astronomer in Kazakhstan Almaty, and the remaining 25% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement and submission of the final performance report. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates and exchange conditions.
The Astronomer selected under this arrangement shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including but not limited to labor law, tax obligations, and scientific research export-control provisions.
All research data, publications, and intellectual property generated by the Astronomer during the engagement period in Kazakhstan Almaty shall be jointly owned by the Institute of Astrophysics and the Astronomer, as stipulated in a separate intellectual property addendum.
Stellar Sciences International shall not be held liable for delays caused by governmental processing times, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability or natural disasters affecting the Almaty region.
Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unearned fees shall be issued within forty-five (45) days.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in triplicate.

By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of an Astronomer in Kazakhstan Almaty. This document serves as the foundational commercial reference for the subsequent Service Agreement.
