This Quotation Estimate is issued by Celestial Sciences Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a qualified Astronomer for the client's research and operational requirements in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding regions. The Astronomer engaged under this quotation shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate in Astrophysics or a related field, with no fewer than ten (10) years of post-doctoral experience in observational astronomy, data analysis, and instrument calibration.
The services outlined below are designed to support the client's ongoing astronomical research programmes, public outreach initiatives, and technical advisory needs within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area and the broader Malaysian territory. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the standards set by the Malaysian Space Agency (ANGKASA) and international astronomical community guidelines.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-issuance and may be subject to revised rates for the Astronomer's services.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables; and 20% upon final acceptance of all Astronomer deliverables in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Celestial Sciences Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Astronomer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and any regulations issued by the Malaysian Space Agency (ANGKASA).
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client during the engagement in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall be jointly owned, unless otherwise agreed in a separate intellectual property agreement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting astronomical observations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, government-imposed restrictions, or natural disasters, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
- The Astronomer reserves the right to publish general findings from the research, provided that no confidential client data is disclosed and prior written approval is obtained from the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Astronomer services to be delivered in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement for the scope of work described herein.
