The Astronomer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate primarily from the observatory facilities located in the high-altitude regions surrounding Mexico Mexico City, with administrative coordination and reporting conducted from the central offices in the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area. All deliverables, progress reports, and final documentation shall be submitted in both Spanish and English to accommodate the bilingual academic environment of the client institution.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Astronomer are subject to re-evaluation and may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
  2. Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of the observational campaign phase, and 25% upon delivery of the final technical report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Celestial Sciences Consulting Group, S.A. de C.V., Mexico Mexico City.
  3. The Astronomer engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable Mexican federal and state regulations, including but not limited to the Ley Federal del Trabajo, data protection laws (LFPDPPP), and any specific institutional policies of the client in Mexico Mexico City.
  4. Travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses for the Astronomer during on-site work in Mexico Mexico City and at the Pico de Orizaba observatory station are included in the rates specified above. Any additional travel beyond the stated scope shall be billed separately at cost plus 10% administrative surcharge.
  5. All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and Celestial Sciences Consulting Group, as further detailed in a separate Intellectual Property Addendum to be executed upon contract signing.
  6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences. The terms herein are subject to negotiation and mutual agreement.
  7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to volcanic activity, severe weather affecting observatory operations, or government-mandated closures in Mexico Mexico City, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
  8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico Mexico City in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de México.
Note: This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for the client institution located in Mexico Mexico City. The Astronomer's availability has been confirmed for the proposed timeline. Should the client require modifications to the scope of services, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) business days of the written request. All pricing reflects the current exchange rate and local cost structure in Mexico Mexico City as of June 2025.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The engagement of the Astronomer for services in Mexico Mexico City shall commence upon execution of the formal service agreement and receipt of the initial payment.
