1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Astronomer must be reconfirmed in writing.

2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site observation work, and 20% upon final delivery of the astronomical survey report and all supporting documentation.

3. All services will be performed by a qualified and certified Astronomer with a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in observational astronomy, astrophysics, and celestial mechanics.

4. The Astronomer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco, including those governing scientific research, data protection, and public events in Morocco Casablanca.

5. Any changes to the scope of work, additional observation nights, or extended engagement beyond the period specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.

6. The Astronomer reserves the right to reschedule observation sessions in the event of adverse weather conditions, atmospheric interference, or astronomical events (e.g., lunar phases) that render the planned observations impractical. Rescheduled sessions will be conducted at no additional cost to the client.

7. All data, reports, and intellectual property generated during the engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the Astronomer's right to use anonymized data for academic publication with prior written notice.

8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and accompanied by the required advance payment.

9. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution, matters shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
