• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of all rates by the undersigned Astronomer and the finance office in Kathmandu.
• Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon signed acceptance, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (day 60), and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all data sets, reports, and published papers.
• All work will be conducted in compliance with the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) guidelines and the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM) regulations governing field observations in the Kathmandu Valley.
• The Astronomer and support team shall be provided with reasonable accommodation and local transport within Kathmandu by the client. Costs for inter-district travel (e.g., to Nagarkot or Shivapuri) are included in line item 6.
• Any change in scope, additional observation nights, or extended fieldwork beyond the quoted durations will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately and must be approved in writing before execution.
• Intellectual property arising from this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Himalayan Celestial Sciences Pvt. Ltd., with publication rights shared as per the terms of the master service agreement.
• This estimate does not include costs for major equipment procurement, structural modifications to the observatory, or international travel for the Astronomer if sourced from outside Nepal.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Astronomer services in Nepal, Kathmandu, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial projections outlined herein. The engagement shall commence no earlier than the date of full receipt of the advance payment.
