This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior Astronomer to support your project requirements within the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan area and its surrounding regions. We are pleased to present this detailed estimate for your review and consideration.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a qualified Astronomer (PhD-level, minimum 10 years of professional experience in observational and theoretical astrophysics) to be based in Netherlands Amsterdam. The services include, but are not limited to:

• On-site astronomical observation and data collection at designated locations within the Netherlands Amsterdam region, including the Leiden Observatory liaison and the University of Amsterdam's Anton Pannekoek Institute.
• Development of a comprehensive sky-survey plan tailored to the client's research or commercial objectives.
• Calibration and operation of optical and radio telescopes, including portable instrumentation deployed in low-light zones around Netherlands Amsterdam.
• Analysis of celestial data, production of technical reports, and peer-reviewed publications as agreed upon in the project charter.
• Consultation and advisory sessions (up to 12 hours per month) for the client's internal team regarding astronomical phenomena, celestial navigation, or space-based technology applications.
• Public outreach and educational presentations in Dutch and English, scheduled at venues in Netherlands Amsterdam upon request.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Astronomer may be subject to revision.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the mid-project deliverable, and 30% upon final acceptance of all reports and data. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of issue.
3. All services will be performed by a qualified Astronomer or, with prior written consent from the client, by a substitute of equivalent seniority and expertise.
4. On-site work within Netherlands Amsterdam is subject to local municipal permits for nighttime observation and light-pollution regulations. The client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary site-specific permissions.
5. Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Stellar Horizon Research & Consulting B.V., unless otherwise stipulated in a separate IP agreement.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting astronomical observation in Netherlands Amsterdam, shall entitle either party to a reasonable extension of the project timeline without penalty.
8. All personal data processed in connection with this engagement shall comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data-protection legislation.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein. The engagement of the Astronomer in Netherlands Amsterdam shall commence upon execution of the formal Service Agreement and receipt of the advance payment.
