• Conducting a minimum of forty (40) hours of guided celestial observation sessions per month using the 1.2-metre reflector telescope and auxiliary instruments.
• Performing spectroscopic and photometric analysis of deep-sky objects, variable stars, and transient phenomena visible from the Pakistan Islamabad latitude (33.68° N).
• Providing weekly academic advisory consultations to the faculty and postgraduate research students of the Institute.
• Authoring and publishing a minimum of two (2) peer-reviewed research papers per quarter in internationally recognised astronomy journals.
• Designing and delivering a public outreach programme titled "Stargazing in the Capital" to be held monthly at the Pakistan Islamabad Centennial Park, engaging local school students and the general public.
• Maintaining and calibrating the Institute's optical and radio-astronomy instrumentation as directed by the Director of Research.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in quarterly instalments of PKR 2,501,000 each, payable within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter. The first instalment is due upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Celestial Sciences Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd., National Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan Islamabad branch. No payment shall be due for services not rendered or for deliverables not accepted in writing by the Institute's Director of Research.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
2. The Astronomer engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) and the Pakistan Meteorological Department regarding astronomical observation and data collection within Pakistan Islamabad.
3. All research data, publications, and intellectual property generated during the term of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Astronomer and the National Institute of Space Sciences, Pakistan Islamabad, as stipulated in the separate intellectual property addendum.
4. Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and registered with the relevant authority in Pakistan Islamabad.
6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad.
7. The Astronomer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 10,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
