• The Astronomer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including those issued by the Saudi Space Agency and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
• All data collected during the Astronomer's engagement in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting astronomical observations in the Jeddah coastal region, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
• The Astronomer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
