This Quotation Estimate is issued by Stellar Research & Consulting Group Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a Senior Astronomer and supporting astronomical research team to be deployed in South Korea Seoul. 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Astronomer team are subject to revision without prior notice.
3.2 Payment shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account of Stellar Research & Consulting Group Co., Ltd., Kookmin Bank, Seoul Branch, Account No. 934-91-00234-5. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance, with a 1.5% monthly late fee applied to outstanding balances.
3.3 The Astronomer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor laws, immigration regulations, and the specific institutional policies of the client organization in South Korea Seoul. Work visas and residence permits shall be arranged by the client at no additional cost to the contractor.
3.4 All intellectual property, data sets, and publications generated during the term of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Stellar Research & Consulting Group, unless otherwise agreed in a separate intellectual property addendum.
3.5 Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date, including the Astronomer's relocation expenses.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined for the Astronomer services to be rendered in South Korea Seoul. This acceptance does not obligate either party until a definitive contract is executed.
