1. Introduction and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Stellaris Astronomical Consultancy AG in response to the formal request issued by the Department of Physics at Eth Zurich for the engagement of a qualified Astronomer to provide ongoing research support, instrument calibration oversight, and public outreach programming for the university's observatory facilities located in the greater Switzerland Zurich region. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Astronomer team are subject to revision without prior notice.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% invoiced in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month engagement period. All payments are to be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account of Stellaris Astronomical Consultancy AG, UBS AG, Switzerland Zurich.
The Astronomer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Swiss federal and cantonal regulations governing astronomical observation, data protection (FADP), and research ethics as enforced within Switzerland Zurich.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate prior to commencement of work.
Intellectual property generated by the Astronomer during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by Stellaris Astronomical Consultancy AG and Eth Zurich, Switzerland Zurich, as stipulated in the accompanying Master Service Agreement.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed by signature on the attached order form.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting observatory operations in Switzerland Zurich, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and shall not constitute grounds for penalty or termination.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

4. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the Astronomer services, pricing, and terms outlined herein are acceptable. This Quotation Estimate shall become a binding service agreement upon dual signature and the receipt of the advance payment.
