All services described herein are tailored specifically to the geographic, climatic, and institutional context of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, ensuring maximum relevance and scientific accuracy for the client's objectives.

The Astronomer will provide the following professional services as detailed in this Quotation Estimate:

• Astronomical Observation Campaigns: Conducting systematic optical and radio-frequency observations of celestial objects from designated observation sites in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, including the Al Ain desert observatory and the coastal monitoring station at Saadiyat Island.
• Stellar Cartography and Ephemeris Development: Producing updated star charts and ephemeris data specific to the latitude and longitude coordinates of Abu Dhabi (24.4539° N, 54.3773° E) for use in navigation, cultural heritage documentation, and public education programs.
• Comet and Meteor Shower Advisory: Providing real-time and predictive advisory reports on meteor showers, cometary transits, and other transient astronomical events visible from the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi region, for public outreach and media coordination.
• Research Paper and Technical Report Authorship: Drafting peer-reviewed research articles and internal technical reports documenting findings from the observation campaigns, to be submitted to the client and relevant UAE scientific journals.
• Public Engagement and Educational Workshops: Delivering a minimum of six (6) public lectures and hands-on workshops at Abu Dhabi cultural venues, schools, and universities, introducing the general public and students to the field of astronomy and the work of the Astronomer.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and availability of the Astronomer are subject to re-evaluation.
• All services rendered by the Astronomer shall comply with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Law on Space Activities and local data protection statutes.
• The Astronomer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
• Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Additional services will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
• All intellectual property, data, and reports generated by the Astronomer during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise stated in a separate intellectual property agreement.
• The Astronomer reserves the right to publish anonymized findings in international peer-reviewed journals, provided that a minimum of thirty (30) days' prior written notice is given to the client.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting observation in Abu Dhabi, shall not constitute a breach of contract. Affected timelines will be extended proportionally.
