Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the designated Astronomer are subject to reconfirmation.
  2. Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon execution of the service agreement; 40% due upon delivery of the technical report; 20% due within fifteen (15) business days of final acceptance. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via wire transfer to the account designated by Stellar Meridian Consulting Group.
  3. All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a qualified Astronomer holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Astrophysics or a closely related discipline, with a minimum of fifteen years of professional experience in observational astronomy and optical system engineering.
  4. All work will be conducted in United States San Francisco, California, in accordance with the California Labor Code, applicable federal tax regulations, and the professional standards of the American Astronomical Society (AAS).
  5. Intellectual property: All data, models, and reports generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall become the sole property of Pacific Rim Technology Partners LLC upon full payment. General methodologies and pre-existing knowledge of the Astronomer remain the property of Stellar Meridian Consulting Group.
  6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, project details, and business information exchanged during the course of this engagement. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
  7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting astronomical observations, natural disasters in the San Francisco Bay Area, or government-mandated shutdowns.
  8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
