- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Astronomer are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon the Astronomer's arrival and commencement of duties in Uzbekistan Tashkent, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month assignment.
- The Astronomer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Labor Code, tax obligations, and scientific research export control provisions.
- All research data, publications, and intellectual property generated during the engagement in Tashkent shall be jointly owned by the Institute of Astronomy and Stellar Sciences International LLC, as stipulated in the separate Memorandum of Understanding.
- Any changes to the scope of work, extension of the assignment period, or modification of the Astronomer's duties beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to final legal review by the Uzbekistan Tashkent legal counsel of the Institute.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or pandemic-related closures, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the Astronomer engagement services described herein are acceptable in scope, duration, and financial terms. The Client agrees that this document serves as the basis for the subsequent formal contract governing the Astronomer's professional assignment in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
