- 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Venezuela Caracas.
- 3.2 Payment shall be structured in four (4) quarterly installments of $54,700.00 each, due within fifteen (15) business days of the start of each quarter. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via wire transfer to the account designated by Caracas Celestial Research & Consulting Group, C.A.
- 3.3 The Astronomer engaged under this contract shall comply with all applicable Venezuelan labor regulations, tax obligations, and scientific ethics codes as enforced in Venezuela Caracas and the broader national jurisdiction.
- 3.4 All observational data, publications, and intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the Astronomer, with primary publication rights granted to the client.
- 3.5 Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused services shall be calculated and issued within thirty (30) days.
- 3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not include import duties, customs fees, or international shipping costs for any specialized equipment that may be procured from outside Venezuela Caracas.
- 3.7 Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with the seat of arbitration established in Venezuela Caracas.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Astronomer and associated services in Venezuela Caracas.
