1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment terms are structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the sixth month, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance. All payments shall be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via bank transfer to the account designated by Stellar Horizon Astronomical Advisory Group Co., Ltd., registered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

The Astronomer's engagement is subject to a non-compete clause for a period of six (6) months following the conclusion of this Quotation Estimate's project term. Intellectual property generated by the Astronomer during the engagement period shall be jointly owned by the client and the Astronomer, with specific provisions outlined in the supplementary agreement. Any force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, shall be addressed through mutual written consent and may result in a proportional extension of the project timeline.

This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All modifications to the scope, cost, or timeline must be documented in a written amendment signed by authorized representatives of both parties. The Astronomer reserves the right to decline any task that falls outside the defined scope of astronomical research, observation, and academic advisory without incurring additional charges under this Quotation Estimate.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Astronomer in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
