4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor fees and associated costs may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Algeria Algiers.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon signing the engagement letter, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final Auditor report. All payments are to be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Audit & Advisory Partners, BNA Algiers branch.
4.3 Confidentiality: The Auditor team shall maintain strict confidentiality over all financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary information of the client in accordance with Algerian data protection regulations and professional ethics codes.
4.4 Deliverables Timeline: The complete Auditor report, including the Management Letter and all supporting schedules, shall be delivered within sixty (60) calendar days from the commencement date, subject to the timely availability of all required documentation from the client.
4.5 Cancellation Policy: Should the client cancel the engagement after fieldwork has commenced, a minimum of 50% of the total fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall remain payable.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Algeria Algiers.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, fees, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Auditor services in Algeria Algiers.
