This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Meridian Audit & Advisory Partners Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Auditor") in response to the formal request submitted by Harbourline Manufacturing Group Ltd for the provision of independent financial audit services for the financial year ending 30 June 2025. This document serves as a comprehensive Quotation Estimate outlining the full scope of Auditor engagement, the associated professional fees, and the terms governing the delivery of services within the Australia Melbourne metropolitan region and its surrounding jurisdictions.

The Auditor engagement as detailed in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following professional services to be delivered in Australia Melbourne:

This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions regarding the Auditor engagement in Australia Melbourne:
- The entity's total revenue for FY2024/2025 does not exceed AUD 50 million, and total assets do not exceed AUD 80 million.
- All supporting documentation, ledgers, and records will be made available to the Auditor in a timely manner at the client's Australia Melbourne premises.
- The engagement covers a single reporting entity with no more than three (3) wholly-owned subsidiaries, all operating within the Australia Melbourne metropolitan region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include tax advisory services, forensic investigation, litigation support, or any non-audit services that may be required separately.
- Any additional work arising from scope changes, unanticipated complexities, or regulatory inquiries beyond the initial scope will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by the Auditor prior to commencement of such additional work.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Auditor reserves the right to revise the fees based on current market rates and resource availability in Australia Melbourne.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon execution of the Auditor engagement letter; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) business days of the issuance of the final Auditor's report.
- The Auditor shall maintain professional independence and objectivity in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants issued by the Australian Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board (APESB).
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted in strict compliance with Australian Auditing Standards and the ethical requirements applicable to registered Auditor firms in Australia Melbourne.
- The Auditor shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the client's failure to provide complete and accurate information, or from events occurring after the date of the Auditor's report.
