This Quotation Estimate is issued by Sydney Audit & Assurance Partners Pty Ltd to Harbourview Manufacturing Group Ltd for the provision of comprehensive Auditor services to be conducted in Australia Sydney and its surrounding metropolitan areas. The engagement encompasses a full statutory financial audit in accordance with Australian Standards on Auditing (ASAs) issued by the Australian Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AUASB), as well as compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the requirements of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
The Auditor engagement will be performed by a team of qualified Chartered Accountants and Certified Practising Accountants (CPAs) registered with CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). All fieldwork will be conducted primarily at the client's premises located in Sydney, NSW, with supplementary procedures carried out at our offices in the Sydney CBD.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, rates and availability of the Auditor team may be subject to revision.
- All fees quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated. GST at the current rate of 10% will be applied as per Australian Taxation Office regulations.
- The Auditor engagement will be conducted in strict accordance with the Australian Standards on Auditing, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and the professional standards of CPA Australia and CA ANZ.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final Auditor's report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Auditor team will conduct all on-site work during standard business hours (08:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) at the client's premises in Australia Sydney. Any work required outside these hours will be billed at 1.5 times the standard rate.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to all financial records, management accounts, bank statements, and relevant documentation necessary for the Auditor to perform the engagement. Delays in access may result in additional fees.
- This Quotation Estimate is based on the assumption that the client's financial records are maintained in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB). If material deficiencies in record-keeping are identified, the Auditor reserves the right to issue a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting additional hours required.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the professional code of ethics. All client data will be stored securely in Australia and will not be transferred outside the jurisdiction without written consent.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Auditor engagement shall be resolved through the courts of Australia Sydney or by arbitration under the rules of the Australian Dispute Resolution Centre.
- The Auditor is not responsible for the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, or any advisory services not explicitly outlined in this Quotation Estimate. Additional services will be quoted separately.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Auditor services in Australia Sydney as described herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between both parties under the terms and conditions set out above.
