1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
2. The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with ICAB Code of Ethics and the Bangladesh Data Protection Act 2018.
3. The client agrees to provide timely access to all books of accounts, ledgers, bank statements, and supporting documentation located at the Bangladesh Dhaka premises.
4. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the hourly rates specified in the engagement letter.
5. The Auditor is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the client. Material misstatements discovered post-reporting may necessitate a revised engagement at additional cost.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any specific audit outcome. The Auditor shall express an opinion in accordance with Bangladesh Standards on Auditing (BSA).
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka under the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or regulatory changes in Bangladesh Dhaka, may extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
