This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of AuditPro Brasil Consultoria Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente 67890-1, Brasília – DF:
- 30% advance payment (R$ 86,745.94) due upon signature of the Auditor engagement contract.
- 40% milestone payment (R$ 115,661.25) due upon completion of the on-site Auditor fieldwork in Brasília.
- 30% final payment (R$ 86,745.94) due upon delivery and acceptance of the final Auditor report and all regulatory filings.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and tax rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Brasília, Brazil.
- The Auditor engagement shall commence no later than 15 August 2025, subject to mutual agreement on a start date.
- All Auditor services will be performed in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13,709/2018). The client grants the Auditor access to all relevant financial, operational, and tax records located at the Brasília premises.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict professional confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Brazilian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IBRACON) and the Federal Council of Accounting (CFC).
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government shutdowns in Brasília, natural disasters, or public health emergencies declared by the Federal Government of Brazil, shall suspend the Auditor engagement timeline without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Auditor contract shall be resolved by arbitration in Brasília – DF, in accordance with the rules of the Brazilian Arbitration Association (CAMARB), under the jurisdiction of the Federal District courts.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Auditor Service Agreement in writing.
The lead Auditor assigned to this engagement in Brasília holds a valid registration with the Regional Council of Accounting of the Federal District (CRC-DF), is a member in good standing of the Brazilian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IBRACON), and possesses over fifteen (15) years of experience in statutory auditing, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting for large enterprises operating in the Federal District. The Auditor team will include a minimum of two (2) professionals registered with CRC-DF to ensure full compliance with Brazilian auditing regulations.
