1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northwest Pacific Audit & Advisory Group Inc. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Auditor to perform statutory, internal, and compliance audit services for the client entity operating within Canada Vancouver. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, professional fees, estimated timelines, and all applicable terms governing the Auditor engagement. 2. Scope of Auditor Services

The Auditor engagement, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate, encompasses the following professional services to be delivered in and around Canada Vancouver:

  • Statutory Financial Audit: Full examination of annual financial statements in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the standards set forth by the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPA BC).

5. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, fees and rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Canada Vancouver.
  2. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of the final invoice issued by the Auditor upon completion of the engagement.
  3. A 25% retainer deposit is required to secure the Auditor's schedule and commence the engagement. The remaining balance is invoiced in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of fieldwork and 50% upon delivery of the final Auditor's report.
  4. The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act (Canada) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). All client data processed in Canada Vancouver shall be stored on servers located within British Columbia.
  5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Engagement Letter. The terms herein are subject to the standard terms of the CPA BC Code of Professional Conduct.
  6. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may result in additional fees at the Auditor's prevailing hourly rates.
  7. The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement if material misstatements, fraud, or non-cooperation are identified during fieldwork, in accordance with Canadian auditing standards (CAS 240).
  8. Governing law: The laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
6. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, fees, and terms outlined for the Auditor engagement in Canada Vancouver. This signature authorizes Northwest Pacific Audit & Advisory Group Inc. to proceed with the engagement upon receipt of the retainer deposit.
