The Auditor team will be deployed from our principal office located in the Las Condes district of Chile Santiago, ensuring proximity to the client's operational facilities and minimizing travel-related costs.

The Auditor engagement includes, but is not limited to: verification of the annual financial statements, internal control assessment, compliance review with the Ley de Sociedades Anónimas (Law 18,046), tax reconciliation with the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII), and issuance of the formal audit opinion letter. All fieldwork will be conducted within the metropolitan area of Chile Santiago between the months of August and October 2025.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, the rates and scope outlined herein may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Chile Santiago.
• Payment terms: 40% upon signing of the engagement letter, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final Auditor's opinion letter. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Banco de Chile, branch Las Condes, Chile Santiago.
• The Auditor engagement team shall consist of a minimum of four (4) professionals, including one (1) Certified Public Accountant (Contador Auditor) registered with the Colegio de Contadores de Chile, two (2) senior auditors, and one (1) junior auditor.
• All work products, including the Auditor report, working papers, and the management letter, shall be delivered in both digital (PDF) and physical (three hard copies) format to the client's registered address in Chile Santiago.
• Confidentiality: All information obtained during the Auditor engagement is subject to strict confidentiality in accordance with Chilean data protection law (Ley 19.628) and the professional code of ethics of the Colegio de Contadores de Chile.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the hourly rates indicated in Section 3, subject to prior written approval by the client.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal engagement letter. The terms herein are governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Chile and applicable commercial regulations in force in Chile Santiago.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Auditor engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Judicial District of Chile Santiago.
