3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Auditor firm reserves the right to revise fees to reflect current market conditions in China Shanghai.
3.2 Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon execution of the engagement letter; 40% upon completion of fieldwork; 20% upon delivery of the final Auditor's Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in China Shanghai.
