- 40% interim payment ($7,723.28) due upon completion of fieldwork and delivery of the draft Auditor's Report.
- 30% final payment ($5,792.46) due upon delivery of the final signed Auditor's Report and management letter.
- All payments are due within 15 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 2% per month as per DR Congo commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor may revise fees to reflect market conditions in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary information accessed during the engagement, in compliance with the Congolese Data Protection Law (Loi n° 08/012).
- The Auditor shall be independent and free from any conflict of interest with the client or its subsidiaries operating in Kinshasa or elsewhere in the DR Congo.
- The engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Centre d'Arbitrage de Kinshasa.
- The Auditor is not responsible for the accuracy of source documents provided by the client. Material misstatements in underlying records may necessitate additional fees, to be agreed upon in writing.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures in DR Congo Kinshasa, shall suspend the engagement timeline without penalty to either party.
