- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor reserves the right to revise fees due to market fluctuations in Egypt Cairo's professional services sector.
- Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Audit & Assurance Group, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Branch. A 50% advance payment is required to commence the Auditor engagement, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the final audit report.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial records, trade secrets, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Egypt Cairo. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of fieldwork.
- All audit procedures shall be conducted in compliance with the Egyptian Companies Law, the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations, and the standards issued by the Egyptian Financial Accounting Authority (EFAA). The final Auditor's opinion shall be issued in both Arabic and English.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to all books of accounts, ledgers, bank statements, contracts, and physical assets located at the Egypt Cairo premises. Delays in access exceeding five (5) working days shall result in a proportional extension of the engagement timeline and additional charges at the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein (e.g., forensic audit, tax advisory, or special investigations) shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Auditor prior to execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal Engagement Letter. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, with the seat of arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for Auditor services in Egypt Cairo has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. The engagement shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and execution of the formal Engagement Letter.
