* All rates are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). For international clients, an equivalent amount in US Dollars (USD) may be arranged at the prevailing National Bank of Ethiopia exchange rate on the date of invoice issuance. This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party costs such as external legal opinions, specialist valuation reports, or IT forensic services, which will be billed at cost if required.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor firm reserves the right to revise the fees to reflect changes in market conditions, regulatory requirements, or operational costs within Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost shall be due upon execution of the engagement letter, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days of the issuance of the final audit report by the Auditor.
- The Auditor shall commence fieldwork no later than ten (10) business days following the receipt of the initial payment and the client's complete set of financial records, supporting documentation, and access credentials.
- All work performed under this engagement shall be conducted in strict adherence to the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants issued by the EAAPB and the regulatory guidelines of ESMA applicable to Ethiopia Addis Ababa.

- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts of Ethiopia Addis Ababa in accordance with the Ethiopian Civil Procedure Code.
