This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding cost projection issued for the purpose of enabling the client to evaluate the financial commitment required for the Auditor engagement in Germany Berlin. It does not constitute a binding offer until a formal engagement letter is signed by both parties. The estimated costs are based on the client's preliminary financial data and the assumed scope of work. Should the actual scope of the Auditor's procedures expand beyond what is described herein, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued prior to any additional work being performed.
Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the engagement letter, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final Auditor's report. All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR) to the designated bank account of Berlin Audit & Compliance Partners GmbH, held at a licensed financial institution in Germany Berlin. Late payments are subject to statutory interest under § 288 BGB.
The Auditor shall maintain strict professional independence and confidentiality in accordance with the Berufsbildungsgesetz für Wirtschaftsprüfer (WPO) and the data protection regulations applicable in Germany Berlin. All client data processed during the audit will be stored on servers located within the European Union, in compliance with the GDPR and the Berliner Datenschutzgesetz.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is specific to the Auditor engagement for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025 and is valid exclusively for operations registered in Germany Berlin. It does not cover litigation support, forensic accounting, or advisory services beyond the scope described above. Any additional services will be quoted separately. The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement if material misstatements or fraud indicators are identified that compromise professional independence.⚠ This Quotation Estimate expires on 14 July 2025. After this date, rates and availability of the Auditor team in Germany Berlin may be subject to revision.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the estimated scope, cost structure, and terms outlined for the Auditor engagement in Germany Berlin.
