1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor may revise the fee structure to reflect changes in market rates, staffing costs, or regulatory requirements in Germany Munich.
2. The Auditor shall maintain professional independence in accordance with the EU Audit Regulation and the Berufsbildungsgesetz für Wirtschaftsprüfer. Any conflict of interest shall be disclosed in writing prior to commencement of the engagement.
