The scope of the Auditor engagement in Ghana Accra encompasses the following deliverables:

• Statutory audit of the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2025, including the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and notes to the accounts.
• Internal control assessment and risk-based audit planning conducted at the client's principal offices in East Legon, Ghana Accra.
• Verification of inventory records, fixed asset registers, and receivables/payables ledgers maintained by the client.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor fees and associated costs may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ghana Accra.
2. Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon execution of the engagement letter. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of the Auditor's final report submission.
3. All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch.
4. The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and operational information accessed during the engagement in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
5. The client agrees to provide timely access to all books, records, personnel, and premises necessary for the Auditor to perform the engagement without undue delay.
6. Any additional services requested beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal engagement letter is executed by both parties.
8. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2019 (Act 1036).

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client's accounting records are maintained in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and that all necessary documentation will be available in a timely manner.
