Meridian Audit & Advisory LLP is pleased to submit this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a qualified Auditor to perform statutory, tax, and internal audit services for Bharat Industries Pvt. Ltd. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the applicable standards issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Auditor engagement will be conducted primarily at our offices in India New Delhi, with fieldwork visits to the client's premises in New Delhi and its satellite warehouses in Noida and Gurugram as required.
The Auditor team assigned to this engagement will consist of a Partner-in-Charge (Chartered Accountant with 22 years of experience), two Senior Associates, and three Audit Executives. All personnel will be based in India New Delhi and will report directly to the client's Finance Department on a weekly basis during the audit period.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be revised to reflect changes in professional rates, travel costs, or regulatory requirements applicable in India New Delhi.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance upon signing of the engagement letter; 40% upon submission of the draft audit report; 20% upon finalization and issuance of the Auditor's final report. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in New Delhi.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary information of Bharat Industries Pvt. Ltd. in compliance with the ICAI Code of Ethics and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- The Auditor shall comply with all applicable laws of India, including the Companies Act, 2013, the Income Tax Act, 1961, the CGST/SGST Act, 2017, and any circulars or notifications issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) or the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).
- Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fees at the Auditor's standard hourly rate of INR 3,500 per hour.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any specific audit opinion. The Auditor shall express an opinion in accordance with the Standards on Auditing (SAs) issued by the ICAI.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi.
- The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement with 30 days' written notice in the event of non-payment of professional fees beyond 45 days of the due date.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, fees, and terms outlined herein. The engagement shall commence upon execution of a formal Engagement Letter by both parties.
