- 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Auditor engagement letter.
- 40% upon completion of fieldwork and delivery of the draft Auditor's Report.
- 20% upon final delivery of the signed Auditor's Report and all compliance certifications to the client in Tehran.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Bank Melli, Tehran branch. Invoices will be issued in both IRR and USD equivalents at the Central Bank of Iran's official exchange rate on the date of invoicing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Iran Tehran.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict professional independence and confidentiality in accordance with the Iranian Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein will be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- The engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Tehran Arbitration Center.
- The Auditor is not liable for any consequential losses arising from the client's failure to provide complete and accurate financial records in a timely manner.
