- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of fieldwork, and 25% upon delivery of the final Auditor report and management letter.
- All payments shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to the account of Al-Rafidain Audit & Advisory Group, headquartered in Iraq Baghdad.
- The Auditor engagement shall commence within ten (10) business days of receiving the advance payment and written confirmation from the client.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial records, proprietary data, and operational information accessed during the engagement in Iraq Baghdad.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fees at the standard Auditor daily rate.
