Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is issued by Jerusalem Audit & Advisory Partners Ltd. for the provision of professional Auditor services to the client identified above. The engagement will be performed in accordance with the Israeli Standards on Auditing and the professional standards of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

2. The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is inclusive of all professional fees for the Auditor engagement as described in the scope of work. Additional services beyond the stated scope will be billed separately at the applicable hourly rates and will require prior written approval from the client.

3. Payment terms: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon signing of the engagement letter. The remaining 60% is due within fourteen (14) business days following the issuance of the final Auditor's report. All payments shall be made in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Israel Jerusalem.

4. The Auditor team will conduct all fieldwork at the client's premises in Israel Jerusalem during regular business hours (Sunday through Thursday, 08:00–17:00). The client agrees to provide timely access to all financial records, documents, systems, and personnel necessary for the Auditor to complete the engagement.

5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any specific audit opinion. The Auditor will express an opinion based on the evidence obtained during the engagement in accordance with applicable Israeli auditing standards.

6. The firm's liability under this Quotation Estimate is limited to the total fees paid by the client. The firm shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Auditor engagement.

7. All information and documents provided by the client to the Auditor team shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Israeli data protection laws and the firm's professional confidentiality obligations.

8. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting Auditor engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem.

9. The Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be confirmed by the client's written signature below or by a formal engagement letter signed by both parties.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Auditor services described herein. The engagement will commence upon receipt of the initial payment and execution of the formal engagement letter. Both parties agree that this Quotation Estimate, once signed, constitutes a binding agreement for the Auditor services to be rendered in Israel Jerusalem.
