This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridional Audit & Advisory S.r.l. to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified Auditor to perform statutory and advisory audit services for the client's operations based in Italy Naples. The scope of work described herein covers the full fiscal year 2024–2025 and is tailored to comply with Italian Legislative Decree 39/2010 (Codice della Crisi d'Impresa e dell'Insolvenza), the Italian Civil Code (Articles 2409–2429), and the relevant standards issued by the OIC (Organismo Italiano di Contabilità).
The Auditor engagement will be conducted primarily at the client's registered office in Naples, with supplementary fieldwork at any satellite locations within the Campania region as may be required. This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions: (a) the client's accounting records are maintained in accordance with Italian GAAP (Principi Contabili Italiani); (b) the Auditor will have unrestricted access to all books, records, personnel, and physical assets located in Naples and the Campania region; (c) the scope does not include forensic investigation, tax representation before the Corte di Giustizia Amministrativa, or valuation services for intangible assets. Any additional work requested beyond the scope described in Section 2 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement.
Payment for the Auditor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 30% upon execution of the engagement letter; 40% upon completion of substantive fieldwork (end of week 8); 30% upon delivery of the final Auditor's report. All invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Meridional Audit & Advisory S.r.l., IBAN IT60 X054 2811 1000 0001 2345 678, BIC BLOPIT22. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article 634 of the Italian Civil Code.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict professional independence and confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the OIC and the professional secrecy obligations under Italian law (Art. 622, Codice Penale).
- All work product, including drafts of the Auditor's report, shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Auditor retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymised professional publications.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian procedural law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Engagement Letter (Contratto di Prestazione di Servizi) referencing this document.
- The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement if material misstatements or fraud are identified and the client refuses to take corrective action, in which case a pro-rata fee for work performed to date shall be due.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing set forth herein for the Auditor engagement in Italy Naples. This acceptance shall be formalised through the execution of a separate Engagement Letter within fifteen (15) business days of the signature date.
