The Auditor engagement proposed in this Quotation Estimate encompasses a comprehensive statutory and operational audit of the client's financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025. The Auditor team, led by a Chartered Accountant registered with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Côte d'Ivoire, will perform the following activities in Ivory Coast Abidjan:

• Full examination of the general ledger, trial balance, and supporting documentation for all business units located in Abidjan and its surrounding districts.
• Verification of revenue recognition, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, and fixed asset registers in compliance with IFRS and the OHADA Uniform Act on Accounting Standards.
• Assessment of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and segregation of duties across the client's operations in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
• Review of tax compliance filings, including the Impôt sur les Sociétés (IS), Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutée (TVA), and withholding tax obligations as administered by the Direction Générale des Impôts in Abidjan.
• Evaluation of related-party transactions and disclosure adequacy in accordance with the OHADA legal framework applicable in Ivory Coast.
• Preparation of the Auditor's Report, management letter, and compliance certification for submission to the client's board of directors and relevant regulatory authorities in Abidjan.

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of all professional fees for the Auditor team. No additional charges will be incurred unless the scope of the Auditor engagement is materially expanded beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate.

The Auditor engagement is scheduled to commence on 01 September 2025 and conclude by 30 November 2025, with the final Auditor's Report and management letter to be delivered to the client no later than 15 December 2025. All fieldwork will be conducted at the client's premises in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, with supplementary visits to satellite offices as required. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final Auditor's Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Sahel Audit & Compliance Group, Ecobank CI, Abidjan.
3. The Auditor shall maintain strict professional independence and confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Côte d'Ivoire. All client data processed during the engagement in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall be treated as strictly confidential.
4. The Auditor is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the client. The Auditor report expresses an opinion based on evidence obtained during the audit procedures performed.
5. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the OHADA Uniform Act on Arbitration.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Auditor engagement letter shall be executed separately upon acceptance.
7. The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement if material non-cooperation or misrepresentation is identified during the audit process in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
