1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Kyoto Precision Audit & Advisory Group to formally propose the engagement of a certified Auditor to conduct a comprehensive financial and operational audit for Tanaka Holdings K.K. The Auditor engagement is specifically tailored to the regulatory and commercial environment of Japan Kyoto, where local municipal compliance standards, the Kyoto Prefectural Tax Office requirements, and the Japan Standards-Auditing (JSA) framework must all be satisfied. This document outlines the full scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost structure associated with the proposed Auditor services.
2. Scope of Auditor ServicesThe Auditor assigned to this engagement will perform the following duties within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area:

The Auditor engagement is scheduled to commence on 1 September 2025 and conclude by 31 October 2025, subject to client availability and document readiness. All fieldwork will be conducted primarily at the client's premises in Japan Kyoto, with supplementary visits to the Kyoto Prefectural Tax Office and the Legal Affairs Bureau as required by the Auditor for statutory verification purposes.
5. Terms and Conditions(a) This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the designated Auditor may be subject to revision.
(b) Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the engagement letter, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final Auditor's report. All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen via bank transfer to the account designated by Kyoto Precision Audit & Advisory Group.
(c) The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Japan Certified Public Accountants Act and the client's non-disclosure agreement. All working papers will be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by Japanese auditing regulations.
(d) Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Auditor prior to commencement of such additional work.
(e) This engagement is governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of jurisdiction in Kyoto, Japan.
Note: The rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate reflect the standard fee schedule of our Auditor team for engagements conducted in Japan Kyoto during the 2025 fiscal year. Should the scope expand to include additional subsidiaries outside the Kyoto metropolitan area, a revised Quotation Estimate will be prepared and submitted for approval before any additional work commences. 6. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Kyoto Precision Audit & Advisory Group to proceed with the engagement of the Auditor as described herein. The Auditor will be formally introduced to the client's management team within five (5) business days of acceptance.
