2. Scope of Auditor Services in Japan Tokyo

The Auditor will perform the following services as part of this Quotation Estimate engagement, all conducted in compliance with the Japanese Certified Public Accountants Act (Kaikeishi-ho), the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the auditing standards issued by the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA):
