- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final Auditor's Report.
- All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) to the bank account of Kenya Nairobi Audit & Advisory Services Ltd.
- The Auditor team shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional fees.
- The engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
- Our Auditor professionals are registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and hold valid Practising Certificates.
