This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Audit & Advisory Sdn. Bhd. 2. Scope of Auditor ServicesThe Auditor engagement encompasses the following professional services to be conducted in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as adopted by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and the Companies Act 2016 of Malaysia:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor reserves the right to revise fees based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the engagement letter, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon issuance of the final audit report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the professional code of ethics of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- All work shall be performed by qualified Auditor professionals registered with the MIA and holding valid practising certificates. The engagement partner shall be a Chartered Accountant (M) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fees at the Auditor's standard hourly rate of RM 250.00 per hour.
- The Auditor shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from the client's failure to provide timely access to records, personnel, or premises in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Engagement Letter is executed by both parties.
- Governing law: The laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
