• Statutory Financial Audit: Full examination of the annual financial statements in compliance with Moroccan accounting standards (PCG) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Morocco.
• Internal Control Assessment: Evaluation of the client's internal control framework, risk management systems, and governance structures in alignment with Moroccan regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Review: Verification of adherence to Moroccan commercial law, tax obligations, social security contributions (CNSS), and sector-specific regulatory mandates applicable in Morocco Casablanca.
• Management Letter and Recommendations: Delivery of a detailed report identifying findings, material weaknesses, and actionable recommendations for operational improvement.
