1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Himalayan Audit & Assurance LLP to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional fees for the engagement of a licensed Auditor to conduct a full statutory and internal audit of Shree Everest Trading & Industries Pvt. Ltd. The services described herein are to be performed in and around Nepal Kathmandu, in strict compliance with the Companies Act 2063 (2006), the Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), and the regulations set forth by the Office of the Company Registrar (OCR) and the Nepal Chartered Accountants (NCA) professional standards. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue.
2. Scope of Auditor Services
The Auditor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following services within the Kathmandu Valley and, where necessary, at the client’s warehouse facilities in Bhaktapur and Lalitpur, both within the broader Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan region:
- Statutory audit of the financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/82 (July 2024 – June 2025) in accordance with NFRS and the Companies Act 2063.
- Internal control review and assessment of the client’s accounting systems, procurement processes, and inventory management procedures.
- Tax compliance audit in coordination with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of Nepal, including verification of VAT, income tax, and withholding tax filings.
- Bank reconciliation verification and confirmation of all outstanding balances with commercial banks operating in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Physical inventory count supervision at the client’s primary warehouse located in Putalisadak, Kathmandu.
- Preparation of the Auditor’s Report, Management Letter, and any required supplementary schedules for submission to the Office of the Company Registrar.
- Advisory consultation on internal governance improvements and risk mitigation strategies specific to the trading and import-export sector in Nepal Kathmandu.

4. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (NPR 175,105) shall be due within seven (7) working days of the signed engagement letter.
- Interim Payment: 35% (NPR 153,217) shall be payable upon completion of fieldwork and submission of the draft Auditor’s Report.
- Final Payment: The remaining 25% (NPR 109,440) shall be due within ten (10) working days of the final Auditor’s Report and Management Letter being delivered to the client.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm’s account at Nepal Bank Limited, New Baneshwor Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be revised to reflect changes in market rates, regulatory requirements, or operational costs in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The Auditor shall maintain strict professional independence and confidentiality as mandated by the Nepal Chartered Accountants (NCA) Code of Ethics. No information obtained during the engagement shall be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to all books of accounts, ledgers, bank statements, tax filings, inventory records, and any other documentation reasonably required by the Auditor to complete the engagement.
- Any additional services, scope changes, or extensions requested by the client after the engagement letter is signed shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- The Auditor shall complete the statutory audit and submit the final report to the Office of the Company Registrar within the timelines prescribed by the Companies Act 2063 and the annual general meeting schedule of the client.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the Nepal Chartered Accountants disciplinary and arbitration committee in Kathmandu.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Engagement Letter incorporating all terms herein.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Auditor in Nepal Kathmandu.
