- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Auditor fees and rates set out herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in New Zealand Auckland.
- All fees are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%, which is added separately as shown in the fee schedule above.
- The Auditor shall be engaged in accordance with the terms of a formal Audit Engagement Letter to be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of fieldwork. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until such a letter is signed.
- The client agrees to provide the Auditor with timely and unrestricted access to all books of account, financial records, bank statements, contracts, board minutes, and any other documentation reasonably required to complete the audit in New Zealand Auckland.
- Any additional procedures, scope changes, or requests for supplementary reports beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval by the client before work commences.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon execution of the Audit Engagement Letter, and the remaining 50% is due within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final Auditor's report.
- The Auditor's liability under this engagement is governed by the Audit Engagement Letter and the provisions of the Financial Reporting Act 2013 and the Companies Act 1993 as enacted in New Zealand.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the client named above and may not be relied upon by any third party without the prior written consent of Meridian Audit & Assurance Ltd.
- All work performed by the Auditor will be conducted in compliance with the New Zealand Standards on Auditing, the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) as adopted in New Zealand, and the ethical requirements of the PSB Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Auditor engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
