1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Wellington Audit & Assurance Partners Ltd to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Auditor to perform statutory and internal audit services for the client's operations based in New Zealand Wellington. This document outlines the full scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and associated professional fees. All pricing is quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%, unless otherwise stated.
The Auditor engagement will be conducted in strict accordance with the New Zealand Standards on Auditing (NZSA), the Companies Act 1993 of New Zealand, and the relevant auditing standards issued by the External Reporting Board (XRB). The Auditor will operate independently and maintain professional scepticism throughout the entire audit process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements applicable to entities operating in New Zealand Wellington and the broader New Zealand jurisdiction.
2. Scope of Auditor ServicesThe Auditor engagement encompasses the following key areas of work, all to be performed at the client's premises in New Zealand Wellington and at our firm's offices on Lambton Quay:
- Statutory audit of the annual financial statements in compliance with the Companies Act 1993 (New Zealand).
- Internal audit review of operational controls, risk management frameworks, and governance structures.

The Auditor engagement is anticipated to commence on 1 August 2025 and conclude by 30 September 2025. Key milestones include the completion of the planning phase by 15 August 2025, fieldwork completion by 20 September 2025, and delivery of the final Auditor's Report and Management Letter by 30 September 2025. All deliverables will be provided in both digital (PDF) and hard-copy format to the client's designated representative in New Zealand Wellington.
5. Terms and Conditions5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in New Zealand Wellington.
5.2 Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final Auditor's Report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
5.3 The Auditor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and professional ethical standards set by the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA).
5.4 This Quotation Estimate is subject to the standard terms of engagement as set out in the firm's Master Service Agreement. Any additional work requested beyond the scope defined herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
5.5 The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement if material non-compliance or fraud is identified and the client fails to take corrective action within a reasonable timeframe.
5.6 All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and, where applicable, through the Disputes Tribunal or the High Court of New Zealand in Wellington.
6. AcceptanceBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Auditor services to be performed in New Zealand Wellington. The client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
