The Auditor assigned to this engagement shall be a Chartered Accountant (CA) duly registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and holding a valid Practising Certificate. The engagement team, based in Pakistan Islamabad, will consist of a Senior Audit Manager (minimum 10 years of experience), two Audit Associates, and a Tax Compliance Specialist. All team members shall adhere to the ICAP Code of Ethics and maintain strict independence and objectivity throughout the audit period.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final signed audit report.
- All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any applicable withholding tax under Section 149 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 shall be deducted at source by the client and remitted to the FBR Islamabad office.
- The Auditor shall complete the statutory audit within ninety (90) days from the balance sheet date, in compliance with SECP requirements for entities registered in Islamabad.
- Client shall provide timely access to all books of accounts, bank statements, physical inventory records, and supporting documentation located at the client's premises in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the standard hourly rate of PKR 8,500 per hour for the Senior Audit Manager and PKR 4,000 per hour for Audit Associates.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal engagement letter is executed by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All financial data and business information of the client shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Auditor and the firm, in accordance with the ICAP Code of Ethics and the Pakistan Data Protection framework.
