The engagement is to be carried out within the jurisdiction of Senegal Dakar, in full accordance with the provisions of the Senegalese Commercial Code, the regulations of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables du Sénégal (OEC-S), and the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as adopted by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB).

The Auditor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate from the WAACG office located in the Plateau district of Senegal Dakar, with fieldwork conducted at the client's premises in the Zone Industrielle area of Dakar. All deliverables, working papers, and final audit reports will be prepared in French and English to meet the bilingual regulatory requirements of the Senegalese financial authorities.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, WAACG reserves the right to revise the rates and terms reflected herein.
• The Auditor shall be appointed in writing by the client's Board of Directors in accordance with Article L. 441-1 of the Senegalese Commercial Code. The engagement letter will be executed prior to the commencement of fieldwork in Senegal Dakar.
• Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the engagement letter; 40% upon delivery of the draft audit report; 20% upon final acceptance and submission of the completed report to the relevant authorities in Senegal Dakar.
• All payments shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the WAACG account at Société Générale du Sénégal, Plateau, Dakar.
• The Auditor is bound by strict professional confidentiality as defined by the OEC-S Code of Ethics. All working papers and client data shall be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years in compliance with Senegalese archival regulations.
• Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the mediation body of the OEC-S in Senegal Dakar, failing which the competent commercial courts of Dakar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal engagement letter incorporating the terms herein.

The Lead Auditor assigned to this engagement holds a Doctorate in Accounting and Finance from the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, is a full member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables du Sénégal (OEC-S), and possesses over fifteen (15) years of experience in statutory and operational audits within the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU/UEMOA). The Auditor is also a certified member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and is fully versed in the UEMOA Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards (SYSCOHADA révisé) that govern all financial reporting in Senegal Dakar and the broader UEMOA zone.
