1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Madrid.
2. The Auditor shall maintain strict professional independence and confidentiality in accordance with the ICAC Code of Ethics and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection.
3. All audit work shall be conducted primarily at the client's premises in Madrid, Spain, with additional visits to relevant offices, banks, and regulatory bodies as necessary.
4. The final Auditor's report shall be delivered within thirty (30) business days following the completion of fieldwork, in both Spanish and English, as required by the client's reporting obligations.
5. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and supplementary fee schedule.
6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
7. The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement if material non-cooperation or misrepresentation is identified during the audit process.
