This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive scope of Auditor services to be delivered by our firm in Turkey Istanbul. Our Auditor team, based in our Istanbul office, will perform the following procedures:

• Planning and risk assessment of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025.
• Substantive testing of revenue, cost of goods sold, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and liabilities.
• Review of internal control systems and issuance of management letter recommendations.
• Verification of compliance with Turkish tax legislation (Corporate Tax Law No. 5520, VAT Law No. 3065).
• Confirmation procedures with banks, major customers, and suppliers located in Turkey Istanbul and surrounding regions.
• Preparation and issuance of the independent Auditor's report in accordance with TMS 700 (Revised).
• Coordination with the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) for any required audit documentation submissions.
• Two on-site fieldwork visits to the client's Istanbul premises and one remote follow-up session.

• 40% advance payment upon signing of the engagement letter: TRY 156,048.00
• 40% upon completion of fieldwork and delivery of draft Auditor's report: TRY 156,048.00
• 20% upon final issuance of the signed Auditor's report: TRY 78,024.00

• Invoices will be issued in accordance with Turkish e-invoice (e-Fatura) regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate constitutes a non-binding offer until formally accepted in writing by the client.
• The Auditor engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey Istanbul.
• Confidentiality: All financial data and business information accessed during the audit shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with TÜRMOB professional ethics standards.
• The Auditor shall maintain professional independence as required by TMS 220 and shall disclose any potential conflicts of interest prior to commencement.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or regulatory changes in Turkey Istanbul, may affect timelines without constituting a breach of contract.
• This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee a specific audit opinion. The Auditor's report will reflect findings based on evidence obtained during the engagement.
