- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Auditor engagement team reserves the right to revise the fee structure to reflect current market rates in United Kingdom Manchester.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon execution of the engagement letter; the remaining 50% is payable within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the final Auditor's report.
- All work will be performed in strict compliance with the ICAEW Code of Ethics and the Financial Reporting Council's Ethical Standard. The Auditor shall maintain full independence and objectivity throughout the engagement.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to all books, records, premises, and personnel located within United Kingdom Manchester and Salford. Delays in access beyond five (5) business days may result in additional fees at the applicable hourly rate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of any litigation support, forensic investigation, or additional audit procedures that may be required as a result of findings during the engagement. Any such additional work will be subject to a separate written Quotation Estimate.
