- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and fee structures are subject to revision based on current market conditions in the United States Miami professional services sector.
- The Auditor engagement will commence no earlier than the date of written acceptance and will be conducted in accordance with the project timeline mutually agreed upon by both parties. All fieldwork will be performed primarily at the client's premises in Miami, Florida, United States, with remote work permitted for report drafting phases.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated fee is due upon execution of the engagement letter. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fifteen (15) business days of the Auditor's final report delivery. Late payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under Florida Statute Chapter 559.
- All fees quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in United States Dollars (USD). No foreign currency conversion will apply, as all services are rendered within the United States Miami metropolitan area.
- The Auditor is licensed by the Florida Board of Accountancy (License No. CP-104872) and is a member in good standing of the AICPA. The Auditor maintains professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary information accessed during the audit engagement will be treated as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of five (5) years, in compliance with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA).
- Scope limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers a standard annual financial audit. Any additional procedures, forensic investigations, or special-purpose audits requested by the client beyond the scope described in Section 2 will be quoted separately and require a written amendment to this document.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting engagement agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The Auditor reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice if the client fails to provide timely access to records, personnel, or facilities necessary to complete the audit in the United States Miami area.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Atlantic Coast Audit & Advisory Group, LLC to proceed with the Auditor engagement as described herein, subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
